Growing up, I was the kind of person that would check and re-check a bridge many times before crossing. I was very shy and careful. Because of fear, both reasonable and unreasonable, I had not lived and understood myself very well. In this zine, I would like to share with you my journey from a fear-everything introvert to a fear-balancing ambivert. In doing so, I hope to encourage you to delightfully live the life you want.
